I'm Sarah Sayer, I've been in the birth world for more than 15 years and have enjoyed a successful career as a birth and postnatal doula. As the owner of Nurturing Birth I am dedicated to helping YOU become the doula you have been dreaming of.

You have a passion to support people during the perinatal period, but that's the easy bit. Our course prepares you with a deeper understanding of the complexities of our role, but beyond that it answers the burning  questions you have. How to find clients. How to set up your business. How to work safely and effectively. How to network and most importantly how to build a successful and enjoyable career that you LOVE. 

At Nurturing Birth, we are dedicated to equipping aspiring doulas with the highest quality guidance and support, during your training and far beyond it. Our doula course, available both in-person and online, offers flexible and accessible options to suit your needs.
