Cancellation Policy
Nurturing Birth Ltd appreciate that occasions arise which necessitate clients/companies cancelling their course bookings due to unforeseen circumstances and we therefore try to be flexible in our approach to each individual case. Obviously, Nurturing Birth are affected by course cancellations financially – they can have a bearing on venue bookings, tutors, catering, travel costs, printed materials and other participants (especially if a course date has to be postponed as a result of losing the minimum number of participants). Any such issues are resolved at the discretion of the Nurturing Birth Directors.
Course cancellation
In order for a cancellation to be valid, Nurturing Birth must be notified in writing by letter or email requesting an acknowledgement response to:

As per Trading Standards, a full refund is available 14 days from receipt of initial payment. After this cooling period, cancelation fees will be applied as follows:
The deposit (£150 for the Intensive course and £300 for the Expansive course) is non-refundable.
Clients cancelling a course, changing course date or switching courses, delivered by Nurturing Birth Limited, must do so at least 4 weeks in advance in order to avoid paying a 50% cancellation fee of the remaining fee. If Cancellation notice is received less than 4 weeks prior to the course date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the training fee. Any withdrawal by the course participant after the start of the course will result in no refund.
If Nurturing Birth cancels a course, 2 options will be available: Option 1, a full refund of the paid fee made by bank transfer or PayPal directly to the person responsible for paying the initial fee. Option 2, the course participant accepts a place on a course at an alternative place and date.
Customers wishing to substitute a registered delegate need to first check with Nurturing Birth Ltd that this is acceptable. If agreed, the customer may do so up to 10 days before the commencement of the course without penalty, other than any substitution costs incurred by Nurturing Birth Limited. Examples include registrations, provision of additional needs, support etc.
