This is the perfect course for you if you learn best in-person, if you want to spend time face-to-face and hands-on with other doulas, if you have time for 4 full days together and can travel to a venue
Book NowWhat you can expect from the Intensive Doula Course:
- 4 consecutive days spent with an experienced working doula/facilitator exploring the doula role, debriefing experiences and meeting like-minded people
- Pre-course work to prepare for the course – exploring beliefs, feelings and knowledge around the perinatal period.
- A session with your chosen mentor from the Nurturing Birth mentor team once you have completed your course during which you can reflect on your personal experiences and learning, set goals for the future and have space to be encouraged and nurtured.
- One-to-one session with your Course Facilitator after the course to discuss your coursework and action plan
- Six months to complete the post-course modules including reflective, research and preparation for business work
- Nurturing Birth Intensive Course Certificate on completion of the course and home study modules to the satisfaction of the Course Facilitator
- Option to purchase the online content of the Expansive Course
- Opportunity to continue with mentoring on completion of the course at the reduced rate of £65 for Nurturing Birth doulas
