Session times: 9.30am - 2.30pm UK

The cost of the course is £849, with a £150 deposit to secure your place. We have 3 and 6-month payment plans available should you wish to spread the cost of the balance. The course must be paid in full at least four weeks prior to the start of the course, unless a payment plan has been agreed.

The fee includes access to the online content, gatherings with your facilitators and your mentoring session, as well as a pdf copy of the course manual.

On receipt of your booking form and deposit payment you will receive a confirmation email and pre-course module.  You will also have access to the online learning portal so you can start looking at the presentations, should you have time.  Two weeks prior to the course date you will receive a logistics email with log-in details and guidance as to what needs to be submitted to your facilitators.  

As per Trading Standards guidelines, payment is only refundable up to 14 days after receipt of your first payment. Should you suddenly be unable to attend the course you have booked you can always defer your place to a later course.
